Collaborated on a technology transfer project between research institutes and a company.
Developed a novel self-powered potentiometric sensor with integrated data storage, enabling on-demand readout. Demonstrated detection of sodium in sweat and pH in water samples using ion-selective electrodes.
Developed a coulometric readout method integrated with an automated flow system for high-precision and ultrasensitive ion detection with ion-selective electrodes.

Pioneered paper-based, self-powered glucometer featuring an innovative enzymatic electrical readout enabled by minimalistic circuit. This microliter-blood-powered sensor delivers highly accurate glucose readings & secured ERC proof-of-concept grant.
Developed a self-powered point-of-care HIV platform combining a smart circuit with a biofuel-powered EGOFET sensor on paper, leveraging the sample for energy.
Fabricated self-activating Al-Pt microbatteries using silicon tech, enabling cell stimulation (electrical) directly in biological environments without external power.

Pioneered an integrated, portable point-of-care platform for RT-PCR, gene & protein analysis (Au nanocluster probes), enabling rapid & sensitive diagnosis through automated software-driven analysis.
Pioneered a smartphone-controlled, portable photodynamic therapy device (Ag nanorods) offering integrated therapeutic response monitoring via diagnostic optical assays.
Developed optically responsive biocompatible Boolean logic gates using Au nanoclusters sensitive to physiological parameters (pH, T, ions), paving the way for in-vivo biocomputing.
Engineered a novel microbot using catalytic nanoparticles and self-propelled motion to generate electricity for potential applications in energy harvesting or triggering signals. Developed prototype, circuit & software demonstrate feasibility.
